You know those moments when you slap a hand over your gaping mouth in order to keep from screaming out?
When I watched this I noticed I had both hands over my mouth.
Thank God the toddler was okay. While it was a stupid thing to do, it's horrible when the parents realize what has happened.

Yeah, but you can tell by his immediate reaction that he just thought it was an innocent thing to do. I cannot imagine the parents reaction when they realize they couldn't stop the washer.

I can't watch the video....do you SEE the kid rolling around in the rinse cycle ??? YIKES!!
I don't think there is any water, but yeah, it does spin around. It's heartbreaking watching the panicked parents. It almost looks like the man thinks about trying to break the glass, but that would be nearly impossible in those double pained washers.
It's a good thing the store owner was there and was able to stop the machine or the headlines would have been different:
