Congratulate me.
If all goes well, as of this minute I'll be a new aunt again.
My niece will have "delivered" two girls, given to her by the Grace of God and the State of Indiana. These two sisters are now ours.
Thank you God. Thank you, State of Indiana. Thank you New Mom and Dad. Congrats Grandma and Grandpa!

Thx Jeff and GB: All went perfectly although there was a bit of a scare that the paperwork wasn't complete. The caseworker did exactly as she had promised and had it filed by this morning.
This is one story where everyone wins.
I ordered two children's books from Amazon, and they were wonderful. As Carrie read one of the books and got to the last page, Kaylee said "The End". I said, "No Kaylee...it should read 'The Beginning'".
It was another one of those magical days that only happen a few times in a lifetime.
OK Grandma, this deserves a well thought out post on your part.
