Anyone need some oregano?

A couple years ago I planted some oregano in the back which I had done several time before like I do with the basil.

After such a mild winter in 2011, I wasn't necessarily surprised when the oregano lived through the winter and I was able to use it again last summer.

Last winter we a little bad weather, more normal for our area, but definitely not horrible.

This spring the oregano came back with a vengeance. It even overtook some perennials.

Today I decided I needed to take advantage of the abundant crop and figure out a way to have fresh oregano this winter.

With this motherlode I'm thinking I should try at least three methods of preserving the herbs. Stay tuned for how it works out.
