Fewer visitors than ever before.
Of course I can always count on Jess, Ed (my brother from another mother), Coffey, (my husband's long lost twin), Dave and Dana. Although she and Coffey are threatening to quit this little circle of virtual friends.
I haven't seen Babs on here since I started this little imagined war. I'm not even sure if my own mom is stopping by anymore. I did get a few random hits when Jess wanted to know how many readers he actually had and I commented about that stupid Giada and Al Roker post.
I know. If I posted a nasty picture of the little idiot who shall remain nameless that twerked (I STILL don't know what that means) on the long dead MTV channel I bet I would be getting all kinds of people stopping by. Probably not the kind I want, but hey a hit is a hit right?
I still wonder who it is that is coming by here from my brother's blog that is either from Maryland or Virginia. They stop by nearly daily and never leave a comment.

And come on now, yesterday's post was funny. Well at least I still remember it being one of the funniest things that ever happened to me and it was 30 freaking years ago.

When I first started blogging nearly 15 years ago, I wrote off and on during each DAY! I'd sometimes have three post in one day, and never a comment.
SOmeone told me to leave my posts up longer and I'd get more hits.
A FEW YEARS LATER, I realized I had to read other blogs, then they'd come to mine.
Now, at my advanced age, it ain't worth it, except for a few readers, and COFFEYPOT is the love of my life and I NEED his shitty comments to make my day.
I'm contemplating packing it all in and moving on to more exciting things: like killing people.
I normally read those guys I have listed along the right side of the page and comment when I have something brilliant to say. Or not.

I get all my political junkie fix from Geez. She always stirs up quite a debate but I mainly have found I end up emailing her and a few of her commenters.
I'm not complaining, I just wanted another post to kick Joe around some more.
What I am always fascinated by are those people I see show up on the visitor counter on a regular basis. I don't know where they come from and they never leave a comment. Like the Maryland/Virginia dude, depending upon the IP. I know it's the same person because some of the identitying IP name that I won't mention here.
I stop by. I started this whole new approach to blogging and I get no redit for visiting?

I'd hit up on you, but Dana and Judy would kick my ass. It's a cross I have to bear... or bare... or... to hell with it... CARRY. I'm studly, not a spelling champion. Anyway, I did post something new today. We'll see.
Miley Cyrus is good blogging material. Just use a title, such as "Miley Cyrus Naked" and you'll get a lot of hits.
You don't have to post anything relevant. It's the title that creates the visits.

I'm amazed that THIRTY-ONE people have commented at my blog. Where were they before? Odd. I'm still trying to figure out what to do.
How can you be amazed at that Dana? You always have a ton of comments. Shows how ,inch everyone enjoys your writing.
