Updated: The Jury is NOT out - Found Innocent

Could you convict this face?

I know I couldn't.

This would have to be one of those times Aunt Rita would break.  Luckily she's blessed with a mom who knows how to deal with this face.

I wouldn't be strong enough.  I'd just cave.  Parenting is hard, maybe that's why God never allowed me to be one.

UPDATE:

The very next day, her teacher wrote a note:  It's shown below:

Told you she was innocent.  At least she must have been by the very next day.  She was Sooooo proud to tell us she got a note from her teacher.  And we STILL are in the dark as to why she was in trouble the day before.

When my kids used to give me the sad-pouty face I would just laugh. They hated that.

I'm alot harder on them when it's a fake pout. Tell them I'm getting the scissors to cut off the pout.

But this isn't a pout. This is a really sad face, still don't yet know her horrible crime that got her sent to the Principal's office, but this pic makes me smile and wanna cry all at the same time.

Luckily she apparently woke up on a better side of the bed this morning, so I'm assuming she didn't have to visit the principal's office again.

She was probably so well-behaved because she is a child that learned a valuable lesson the day before.

SMART: No doubt about that. But she normally is a very well behaved girl. But she absolutely knows how to work her "big blue eyes" as she has told me in the past.

Apparently when she first started at the school the Principal told her about her eyes and she said, "Yeah, I hear about my big blue eyes all the time." He cracked up laughing.

But that was before she got into trouble.
