What Can They Sense That We Cannot?

Obviously "man's best friend" can sense trouble before we can.

Here's to praying for the people of Haiti.  When our beloved Pastor Jesse passed away, our church decided they would build an orphanage in Haiti called the "Ireton House".  They had collected nearly enough money as of last week to begin building the orphanage.  I wonder about the Haitian pastor that spoke at our church last year.  I pray for his church tonight.  And I pray for the funds for the Ireton House, which will be needed now more than ever.

Interesting...
Watch the video closely.
The dog bolts between :04 and :05.
Watch the office chair at about :06...
That's the first guy we see in the video also sensing something is amiss, leaving his chair BEFORE you start to see the surroundings shake.
The gal in the blue dress enters the frame while the lights are still on, at about :11...
how far did she travel to get in the video?

I have no question dogs hear, smell, and maybe even see better than we do. But given that, I don't think this dog had near the advance notice of the temblor that we might expect him to have.
